Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 4-6 business days within Canada and 5-10 business days to the US. We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. In exceptional situations, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended beyond the estimated range. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such rare circumstances.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: The charges for your order’s shipping will be calculated and displayed during checkout. Orders over USD$75 qualify for free shipping..

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping option of USD$8.99 within Canada. Orders over USD$75 are eligible for free shipping.

Local delivery

Local delivery applies postal code M1V, M1W, L3R* within Toronto, Ontario, Canada only.
Free local delivery is available for orders over USD$75. For orders under USD$75, there’s a USD$4.99 fee for local delivery.

Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00am and 6:00pm on weekdays. We will notify you via text message using the phone number you provided during checkout on the day of our arrival.

Local pickup

Opt for free local pickup at 3376 Kennedy Rd, Scarb ON M1V 3S8 by appointment to avoid shipping fees. Bring your order confirmation email with you. Your order will be ready for pick up in 3 business days after placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, including pickup instructions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the US.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and free for orders over USD$75.

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer USD$9.99 flat rate shipping to the US for orders under USD$75 and free for orders over USD$75

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FitFunFinds is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that some carriers have limitations when it comes to shipping to P.O. boxes. While we strive to accommodate all orders, we recommend providing a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order’s status. Kindly allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email for shipping within Canada and 10 days to the US, please contact us at support@fitfunfinds.site with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For shipping-related issues or if you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return or request a refund.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, promptly email us at support@fitfunfinds.site with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We handle these instances individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
